NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- UPDATE (4:53p): Metro-North's Dan Brucker says they are resuming limited, slow service out of Grand Central Terminal. Two of four tracks open, limited and slow service. Trains will be moving as slowly as 10 MPH in some places.
Metro-North is reporting customers should now expect 30-60 minute delays and crowded conditions on trains.
'We are combining trains with local and expresses,' said Brucker.
Metro-North was given the OK from the Office of Emergency Management and the FDNY to operate on the tracks farthest away from the building.
'Delay time is hard to say at this time,' said Brucker.
Metro-North's Margie Anders says during the normal evening rush of 4p-8p, 225 trains leave Grand Central Terminal, and three tracks run 'out', one track comes into GCT.
Reporter Marla Diamond says normal train service won't resume until tomorrow morning.
NO TRAINS IN OR OUT OF GRAND CENTRAL TERMINAL
Metro-North's Dan Brucker says there are no trains in or out of Grand Central Terminal because of a building collapse at 124th and Park Ave.
'We don't know how long the closure will last,' said Brucker. 'We have been told by the police not to have any trains run through the 125th Street station.'
According to the MTA, all lines: Hudson, Harlem, New Haven are temporarily suspended.

As of 4:08pm, Brucker is still being told by FDNY that the 125th St. station cannot be used. That station has been evacuated.
Brucker says the FDNY is fearful that vibrations from the train could cause more damage to the building.
'Please be patient, and enjoy Grand Central Terminal. There are plenty of restaurants,' said Brucker. Advice to commuters? 'Just wait and hope trains come back as soon as possible.'
Options for commuters are limited because the FDNY says the subway station at 125th street station can't be used due to the building collapse.
FROM MTA:
Customers are advised to use the following subways to reach Metro-North stations in the Bronx, where they can take trains providing local service to outlying stations:
On the Hudson Line: Take the #1 subway to 225th Street to access Marble Hill Station.
On the Harlem Line: Take the #2 subway to 241st Street to access Wakefield Station.
On the New Haven Line: Take the #5 subway to 233rd Street to access Woodlawn Station.
MTA New York City Transit will honor all Metro-North tickets for travel between Grand Central and these stations, and at 125th Street and Fordham stations.
We will continue to update you as the situation changes.
OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS:
As for bussing, Brucker says no way to bus people around there, wouldn't make a dent in that crowd. One bus holds 50 customer, while one train holds 1,200 customers.
Park Ave. is closed in both directions from 122nd St. to 125th St.
There are no reported injuries from the building collapse.
Reporter Marla Diamond is at the scene saying that ConEd is shutting off the gas in the area.
