Camden Kids Play Tee Ball at White House

WASHINGTON (AP)  -- A Camden tee ball team got a chance to play an extra-special road game.

The Cramer Hill Little League's Red Sox were at the White House on Monday to play one inning of baseball against a Puerto Rican team. They also got to meet President Bush.

The president led the youngsters in the Little League Pledge. And then he said, ``Play ball!''

Mascot ``Dugout'' ran the bases with Alexander Santos of the Camden team during the game.

Another Camden player, Argenis Miguel Rodriguez, got a congratulation from the president Bush during play.

Bush has been hosting an annual tee ball game on the South Lawn since he became president.
