New York (WCBS) -- An opulant and sexy space, some star chefs, and an "it" neghborhood...what more do you want out of a restaurant. Travertine serves a blend of medittaranean and italian dishes and though some are simple, they taste divine. Less is sometimes more.
The name comes from the stone, which is known for it's unyeilding quality and it's unparallelled beauty.
Though just opened, I have a feeling this one is going to stick around a long time.
