1. HOW TO ENTER

a) The Hit for the Cycle contest (the “Contest”) will begin on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 12:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Friday, October 3, 2008 at 6:00pm ET or the date on which a grand prize, if any, is awarded, whichever is earlier (the “Contest Period”).

b) To participate in the Contest, you may enter by logging on to the WCBS(AM) (the “Station”) website at www.wcbs880.com. Follow the links and instructions to enter and submit your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Station. Station’s computer is the official time keeping device for the sweepstakes. Once you have submitted an entry, you will be eligible for all drawings throughout the Contest Period. However, the earlier you enter, the more opportunities you will have to be selected.

c) The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

d) Only one entry per person per email address.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a) The Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in Greater New York Metropolitan area. Employees of the Station, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the greater New York metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families/households are ineligible to participate or win.

b) Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.

c) Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

d) To be eligible to win the Grand Prize vehicle, the potential Grand Prize winner (i) must possess a valid driver’s license and (ii) must have proof of or be able to obtain automobile liability insurance and any other state automobile insurance requirements as of March 31, 2008 and prior to taking possession of the prize.

3. PRIZES

a) A maximum of one (1) prize may be awarded. The winner, if any, will receive a brand new 2008 Lexus, as selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, valued up to $30,000. The winner will be solely responsible for all car title, tax, tags, proof of insurance and license and registration fees, emissions inspection, freight, delivery, dealer prep, additional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of this prize vehicle. Winner must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license and must take delivery at a dealership and time specified by Sponsor. All obligations set forth herein must be met before contestant takes possession of the car. The winner will accept the chosen prize vehicle "as is." Station and Sponsor accept no responsibility for repairing any real or supposed damage to the prize car from this Contest. Neither the Station nor the Sponsor have made or are responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the vehicle. Any additional car options (including the interior and exterior color of the prize) not specified herein are subject to availability and any additional payments will be the responsibility of the winner.

b) All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the Lexus of Englewood dealership at 53-59 Engle Street, Englewood, NJ 07631. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c) There is no substitution or transfer for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a) Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

b) Prior to each 2008 Yankees regular season games that takes place during the Contest Period, one (1) contestant will be chosen at random from among all entries received up to that point (the “Contestant”). The Contestant’s name will be announced at the beginning of that day’s game. If a NY Yankees player hits a single, double, triple and home run (not necessarily in that order) during the game, including extra innings if applicable (the “Prize Winning Condition”), the Contestant selected for that game will win the prize, pending confirmation of eligibility. If the selected Contestant is ineligibile, the Station will randomly select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. If the Prize Winning Condition does not happen during the Contest Period, the Contest will end and no grand prize will be awarded. If the Prize Winning Condition does happen, the selected Contestant will receive the prize and the Contest will end. No additional prizes will be awarded.

c) Winner does not need to be present/ listening to win. The winner will be notified by the Stations Operations Manager of Yankees Radio Network/WCBS 880.

d) Odds of being selected as a Contestant depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

e) Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen from a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

5. CONDITIONS

a) Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner, if any, will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b) By participating in the Contest, the winner, if any, agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c) Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require Contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d) The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e) The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

f) Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

g) The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

h) Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 524 W. 57th St., New York, NY 10019.

6. INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES PRIVACY POLICY

a) By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Station’s Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: www.wcbs880.com.
