Man Found Dead in Westchester Woods

GREENBURGH, N.Y. (AP) -- Police say a man has been found shot to death, with his hands tied behind him, in a residential part of Westchester County.
The man has not been identified. Greenburgh police Chief John Kapica says the victim probably was shot elsewhere and dumped by the road just a few hours before being spotted Sunday night in the town's Edgemont section.
Kapica says the man had been shot in the neck. |
