No Tornado in New Jersey

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ (AP)  -- There were strong winds, but that wasn't a tornado blowing through South Brunswick on Sunday.

Tree-snapping winds and severe thunderstorms in the Middlesex County community lead to reports of a possible tornado, but the National Weather Service says no tornado touched down.

Winds downed trees and littered Georges Road and Route 522 with debris.

There were no reported injuries and police say all roads are now cleared and reopened.
