State Senator Skelos Reponds to Governor Paterson's Appointment of Richard Ravitch as Lt. Governor

NEW YORK (WCBS 880)  -- In response to Governor Paterson's announcement today, State Senator Dean Skelos delivered a response.

Paterson appointed Richard Ravitch as Lt. Governor of New York. The state senate has been at a standstill since June 8th.
