| The Federal Building stands on an island next to the rising Cedar River June 11, 2008 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Several areas of the city have already been evacuated and more will follow. Heavy rains are expected over the next few days prompting predictionsof an all time historic flood along the Cedar River. |
