NEW YORK (WCBS) -- What is the difference/ importance of uploading before downloading?
Brazil's Claudio Prado talks about how his country is teaching children how to upload onto the internet before downloading and how their views of this technology is much different than an older generation that learned to download first.

Looking forward into the future... which applications will be the most used/useful to all those with tech devices, not just people with computers, phones etc. connected to online?

Is one of the biggest problems with the internet and people, is that people just don't understand what it does? Who's responsibility is it to explain what the impact of the internet is for regular people? I have had experiences with people where the simple functions of navigation are difficult. As we enter an era of internet-based life, how can we bring those people along and engage those who are casual users of the internet?
