NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- The New York City Police Department is asking for the public to help find two people suspected in a string of police impersonation robberies in the Bronx.
According to the NYPD, the suspects approach the victims, show them a silver shield, and claim to be cops. They then take stuff from the victims and flee in a green minivan.
Suspect 1 is described as a Hispanic male in his 30's, 5'10", and weighing 180 pounds. Suspect 2 is described as a black male, 6'0", and weighing 200 pounds.

#3 - 2300 HRS ON 05-14-08 AT BARNES AVE. AND BUSSING AVE. IN THE CONFINES OF THE 47 PCT.
#4 - 1045 HRS ON 05-16-08 AT 1650 E. GUN HILL RD. IN THE CONFINES OF THE 49 PCT.
#5 - 0120 HRS ON 05-19-08 AT E.230 ST. IN THE CONFINES OF THE 47 PCT.
#6 - 2130 HRS ON 05-21-08 AT DEREIMER AVE. AND TILLOTSON AVE. IN THE CONFINES OF THE 47 PCT.
