Wanna Go Fishing in the Fall?

NEW YORK (WCBS 880)  -- Beginning Oct. 7, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Fish and Wildlife will be stocking  more than 21,000 super-sized trout throughout the state. At 14 inches to 20 inches, these brook trout, brown trout and rainbow trout will have reels screaming from Sussex County to Atlantic County.

Trout fishing in New Jersey isn't just a spring thing anymore. In fact, the fishing's even better in the fall. Beautiful weather, spectacular foliage, more elbow room and best of all: those big trout. So get out on the water and get in on the best trout fishing action in the tri-state area.

Simply buy and print your fishing license and trout stamp online at www.njfishandwildlife.com/licenses.htm  It's that easy. To learn more about fall trout stocking, visit  www.njfishandwildlife.com/flstk.htm  or call the Trout Stocking Hotline at (609) 633-6765.
