Photo Gallery: Cargo Ships Crash
Photographs from Saturday, October 11, 2008.

Tawe
People look out at the Monrovian cargo ship named 'Tawe' after it ran aground during severe storms the previous night off the coast of Punta San Garcia on October 11, 2008 in near Algeciras in Spain. The bulk carrier was battered by the same gale force winds over the Straits of Gibraltar which caused Liberian cargo ship 'Fedra' to break up a few miles away on the cliffs of Europa Point on the Gibraltar coastline. 'Tawe' ran aground in the same place as 'Sierra Nava' in January 2007. (Photo by Samuel Aranda/Getty Images)
