Flu Shot Clinics at Metro-North Stations

NEW YORK (WCBS 880)  -- Commuters too busy to go to one of the local town clinics for flu shots can get immunized when they hop off their Metro-North trains this evening.

Flu shots are being offered at eight train stations [New Canaan News] around Fairfield County.

WCBS Reporter Fran Schneidau gets the details about the station flu clinics from New Canaan Health Director.

New Canaan Health Director Rick Warner says this is the last chance for folks in town to get their flu shots so he urges everybody who hasn't gotten one yet to take advantage of this.

"You don't have to be a commuter to avail yourself of the vaccination clinic at the New Canaan station, you can still come there at 5 o'clock," said Warner.

The clinics will be open from 5pm to 8pm.

Fill out the form before getting off the train and save yourself some time.
