nEW YORK (wcBS) -- Suba is the new hotspot on the lower east side. With one dining room on water (called the grotto), and another featuring live flamenco dancers, you can't really go wrong. Super yummy tapas and an inventive cocktail list as well.
Check out their menu, and call ahead for a table. The flamenco happens every sunday night.
