NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Times are tough, for both restaurateurs and diners. Despite that, OpenTable.com will be bringing the two together with its Appetite Stimulus Plan.
The Appetite Stimulus Plan is like NYC Restaurant Week, but is not overseen by the tourism agency. The Appetite Stimulus plan is in effect from November 17 to November 21.
245 restaurants in the New York City area (including New Jersey) will be offering $35 dinners and $24 lunches. These are restaurants many people could not normally afford to dine at, so it's a good time to check them out.
CLICK HERE for the list of participating New York City area restaurants and make your reservation.
You make your reservations online and get double OpenTable reward points for booking during the Appetite Stimulus Plan.
The Appetite Stimulus Plan is also in effect in other metropolitan areas. They are: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
