Suffolk County police said 5-year-old Emmanuel Paul and 2-year-old Jeffrey Paul were in critical condition after being pulled from the Mount Sinai pool Tuesday evening.
No update on their condition was immediately available Wednesday. Police scheduled a news conference later in the day.
Police say the boys were found by their 12-year-old brother, and their 11-year-old twin brothers helped get them out of the pool. The older boy did CPR while one of the twins called 911.
Police say the boys' mother was running late getting home from work, and their father had just left for his job.
