Brooklyn Bar Has 7-Hour Happy Hour

NEW YORK (AP) -- A Brooklyn bar is offering a happy hour that's seven hours long.
Soda Bar, in Prospect Heights, offers cheap drinks from noon to 7 p.m.
Bartender Jessica Huse notes that some people work at night or get up early. For them, happy hour could easily be at noon.
The afternoon crowd includes construction workers and teachers. One regular, video production worker Matthew Dillon, brings his laptop and works at the bar.
Theater lighting designer Eric Thoben says there's only one way to get a longer happy hour: ``At home, inviting friends over.''
