Missing Woman's Body Believed Found in Passaic River

ELMWOOD PARK, NJ (AP)  -- The body of a woman who appeared to be around the same age as the northern New Jersey mother missing since last week has been pulled from the Passaic River.

NorthJersey.com reports that divers from the Bergen County Police Department recovered the body about 8 p.m. Sunday from the river in Elmwood Park. The woman appeared to be around the same age as the 44-year-old Waldwick woman who went missing Thursday.

The Waldwick woman's name has not been disclosed. A mother of three, she was reported missing by her husband. Her unlocked minivan - with her purse, keys and other personal items still inside - was found later that day at a marina in Elmwood Park.
