Killer Doctor Hasn't Seen Her Psychiatrist

MORRISTOWN, NJ (AP) -- New concerns are being raised about a Harvard-educated urologist who was found not guilty by reason of insanity of killing her parents in New Jersey.
A judge says Kathleen Hagen has not seen her psychiatrist in person and refuses to let social workers monitor her medications.
The 63-year-old moved to Monmouth Beach after she was released from Trenton Psychiatric Hospital in 2008.
The judge says Hagen has not shown that she's a risk to herself or others. However, the judge says she must comply with the terms of her release or risk being sent back to a hospital.
Authorities say Hagen smothered her aged parents in their Chatham Township home in 2000.
