Daggett faces incumbent Democratic governer Jon Corzine and Republican former U.S. Attorney Chris Christie.

Pat Farnack asked, "How are you doing and where do the latest polls put you?"

Daggett answered, "The latest polls are, sort of, all over the lot and, frankly, I don't trust them because if you take the poll numbers that have been bandied out so far, they all add up to a fact that something like 95 percent of the people have made up their minds in this electio and I think that anything but the truth. There's a lot of undecided people here. There's a lot of people who are focusing on the Giants and the Eagles or the Jets and the Dolphins and Yanks and the Phils and they haven't made up their minds yet. So, I think you're going to see - in the next 24 hours, people are starting to focus and make their decisions."

Pat pointed out that many have said that many have said they feel that Daggett is a breath of fresh air and that they don't like either of the two other candidates. She asked, "Is this why you got into the race or would you have gotten in no matter who was running against you?"

Daggett answered, "Well, I would have gotten in no matter who running against me because I believe that people in this region and across the country and particularly in New Jersey right now have gotten to the point that where they don't believe that either the Republicans or the Democrats are able or willing to step up to and address the problems that face the state. So, I've been trying to provide the alternative to people that I think is wanted and needed in New Jersey and so I was going to do this regardless."

Pat asked, "What makes you stand apart from Governor Corzine and Chris Christie? What do you think is the biggest difference or [are] the biggest differences?"

Daggett answered, "The biggest difference is I've laid out a very specific plan to cut property taxes by 25 percent, the corporate tax by 25 percent, to roll back the personal income taxes that were temporarily raised - so called temporary raises in the income tax - and I put it out in a very detailed plan that is available on my daggettforgovernor.com web site and if people take the time to look at that, they'll see that neither of my opponents have either put together their own plan or given any detailed response to my plan. So, that, I think, is the biggest thing that sets me apart in a state that is longing for some relief - on property taxes in particular."

Daggett was asked if New Jerseyans would continue to hear from him if he loses on Tuesday. He answered, "Well, I would very much like to speak out about the fact that the political system in New Jersey - and, frankly, elsewhere - is so stacked in favor of the two parties [that it's] embarrassing and we need to level that playing field and I think that my win tomorrow will help start that process, but we need to do a number of things beyond that to make sure that it's more of a fair and democratic process than exists today."
