Man Strips Naked in Front of Polling Place

NEW YORK (AP) -- Authorities say a man is undergoing psychological tests after stripping naked in front of a Brooklyn polling place.

The incident took place Tuesday outside Public School 56 in the Clinton Hill neighborhood.
Witness Jose Calderon says the man, whom he described as ``butt naked,'' was ranting about religion and appeared to be on drugs.
The man had emerged from a parked car with California plates. A pair of jeans and a yellow tie were later sighted on the backseat.
