SELDEN, NY (WCBS 880) -- The words "killer" and "guilty" have been painted on the garage and mailbox of Sharon McDonough's Seldon home.
Vandals also peppered the house with eggs and tomatoes, smashing a window.

The mother of seven children is due back in court today on animal cruelty charges.
She is alleged have tortured and killed dozens of animals and forced her children to assist in the cruelty.
Authorities are investigating whether any of the dead dogs and cats found on her property were stolen from neighbors. If that turns out to be the case, McDonough could face more serious felony charges.
