New Yorker Pleads Not Guilty to DWI After Fatality
ARDSLEY, N.Y. (AP) -- A Westchester County woman accused of fatally running over her ex-boyfriend has pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Isabel Santiago of Yonkers was released without bail after her arraignment Monday in Ardsley Village Court.
Her attorney, Andrew Quinn, declined comment.
Her ex-boyfriend, 35-year-old Antonio Hamilton, was struck and killed outside a bar on Friday night.
Police say Santiago was trying to drive away after they argued.
