Holiday Travelers Get Underway Millions of Americans have begun hitting the roads, skies and train tracks in what is predicted to be one of the busiest Thanksgiving travel days ever. Survey Says New Jersey Has Cheapest Gas in America According to the AAA Daily Fuel Guage Report, which is updated every business day, New Jersey has the lowest gas prices in the United States. It is also the only state with an average price for regular unleaded that is below $3.00 per gallon.
